The Crewsaver Immersion Suit is MED approved and meets the latest IMO/SOLAS regulations. Regulations for cargo ships and bulk carriers trading outside 20 degrees North or 20 degrees South stipulate one fully approved immersion/abandonment suit must be carried for each crew member and became law in July 2006. As from the 1st July 2010 all immersion suits designed for use without a lifejacket are to be fitted with a lifting loop to comply with MSC 207(81). Crewsaver Immersions suits are available with or without a 50mm nylon strop with Marine grade stainless steel D ring.
