Tygris R225 is an excellent alternative to silicone release agents in the Plastic Moulding industry. It is a combination of a quick drying solvent and oil blend with a vegetable oil base which is stable to 220 Degrees. It is non chlorinated and is easily removed by ordinary washing, facilitating further product finishing.
